Why you land in LPMS or Learn
Who can do this

DICHI runs its courses in two apps, one for each course format:

Where sign-in sends you
- If you opened a DICHI link before signing in, you go back to that exact page.
- Otherwise, DICHI looks at the course you joined most recently. Masterclass courses open in DICHI Learn, interactive courses in DICHI LPMS.
- The apps also pass you along: open DICHI LPMS with only masterclass courses and it sends you to DICHI Learn, and the other way round.
Enrolled in both formats? You land in the app for your most recent course. Use the addresses above to open the other one; you’re already signed in there.
“No active enrollment”
You see No active enrollment when your account isn’t in any course yet, or your place in a course was removed.
- If you think you should be in a course, email onboarding@dichi.academy with your name and the course.
- Signed in with the wrong account? Click Log in with a different account to sign out and try again.
“We couldn’t complete sign-in for that app”
You see this when an app keeps sending you back to sign-in. Close the other DICHI tabs, sign in once more, and if it happens again, email onboarding@dichi.academy.
