Reset a forgotten password

Who can do this

Ask for a reset link

1. On the sign-in page ↗, click Forgot password?.
2. In Email Address, type the email DICHI has for you.
3. Click Send Reset Link.
4. You see Check your email. The page shows this for any address, so it never tells anyone whether an account exists.

The email’s subject starts with Password Reset Request for DICHI Academy. The link expires after 1 hour, and only the newest link you asked for works.

Choose a new password

1. Click the link in the email.
2. On Password Reset, type your new password in both boxes. It must be at least 8 characters.
3. Click Submit.
4. You’re taken to the sign-in page. Sign in with the new password.

Resetting your password signs you out of DICHI on every other device.

If it doesn’t work

• Passwords do not match!: the two boxes are different. Type them again.
• Password too short: use at least 8 characters.
• Reset Link Expired: click Request a new link and start again.
• No email after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, then email onboarding@dichi.academy.
