Why was I signed out?

Who can do this

DICHI keeps you signed in while you keep using it. Each visit gives you another 30 days, so you’re only signed out for being away if you haven’t opened DICHI for 30 days.

You’re also signed out when:

• Your password changed. A password reset, or setting your password from the welcome email, signs you out on every other device.
• Someone signed out everywhere with the sign-out-everywhere page. See Sign out.
• You signed out in another DICHI app in the same browser. All DICHI apps share one sign-in.
• Two DICHI tabs renewed your sign-in at the same moment. It’s rare, and DICHI treats it as a safety risk. Just sign in again.
• Your account was paused by DICHI. See Sign-in error messages.

To get back in, sign in again. If it keeps happening, email onboarding@dichi.academy.
