Change your name or email

Who can do this

Who does it instead: Ask your TA (organizer) or the DICHI operations team to correct your name or email. Your username can’t be changed.

Your name and email show in the menu under your name, but you can’t edit them yourself.

To get them corrected:

1. Tell your TA (organizer) or the DICHI operations team what’s wrong and what it should be. If you don’t know who your TA is, email onboarding@dichi.academy.
2. Once they’ve changed it, sign out and sign in again to see the change everywhere.

Check your name before your course ends: it’s the name printed on your certificate.

If your email changes, you sign in with the new email from then on. Your username stays the same.
