Change your password

Who can do this

• ◐ PartlyInteractive-course studentOnly through the forgot-password email.
• ◐ PartlyMasterclass studentOnly through the forgot-password email.

None of the DICHI apps has a “change password” screen. To change it, even when you remember the old one, use the reset email:

1. Sign out, or open a private window.
2. Follow Reset a forgotten password.

Your new password must be at least 8 characters. Changing it signs you out on every other device.

Seen a “Reset password” page inside DICHI Learn?

It’s left over from an older version and no longer works. Use the forgot-password email instead.
