Set up your new account

Who can do this

• ✓ CanMasterclass student

When DICHI creates your account, you get an email with the subject Welcome to DICHI Academy — verify your account. Your account has no password until you follow it.

Steps

1. Open the welcome email and click its link. The link works for 7 days.
2. On Set Your Password, type a new password in both boxes. It must be at least 8 characters.
3. Click Submit.
4. You’re taken to the sign-in page. Sign in with your email and new password.

The link has expired

If you see Verification Link Expired:

1. Click Request a new link.
2. Type your email address and click Send Reset Link.
3. DICHI emails you a fresh setup link. Only the newest link works.

No welcome email?

Check your spam folder first. Then request a new link as above. If nothing arrives, email onboarding@dichi.academy.
