Getting a DICHI account

Who can do this

Who does it instead: DICHI staff create your account when your registration is accepted. If you’re waiting, email onboarding@dichi.academy.

Self sign-up is closed, so there’s no Create account link on the sign-in page. Your account is made for you, in one of two ways:

• You register for a course. Fill in DICHI’s registration or enrollment form. When DICHI accepts it, your account is created.
• DICHI staff add you. The operations team or an admin can create your account directly.

Either way, you then get the welcome email. Follow Set up your new account to choose your password.

Already registered but no email?

Check your spam folder for Welcome to DICHI Academy — verify your account. If it isn’t there, email onboarding@dichi.academy with your name and the course you registered for.
