Exam results and retakes

Who can do this

• ✕ Can'tMasterclass studentMasterclass classes have no exams in DICHI Learn.

Who does it instead: For an extra attempt, or if you think a result is wrong, ask your trainer or your TA (organizer). The DICHI operations team can also give extra attempts.

See your result

1. Open the exam from Exams in your course menu.
2. Each attempt slot shows its status and Your Result.
3. Click View Detail on a submitted attempt to see its result page again.

You need 60% to pass.

Retake an exam

1. On the result page, click Retake, or click Go To Exam on the exam page.
2. The window tells you how many attempts you have left. Click Continue.
3. Take the exam as before. See Take an exam.

Your latest attempt is the one that counts

A retake replaces your result, even if it’s lower. If you passed and then fail a retake, the exam counts as failed, and the steps after it lock until you pass again. Only retake if you’re ready.

Out of attempts?

After your third attempt you see Exam retake limit reached. You can’t start another one yourself. Your trainer, your TA (organizer) or the DICHI operations team can give you another attempt.
