Using this guide

“Who can do this”

Every how-to starts with a box saying, for each kind of DICHI student, whether they can do it:

• ✓ Can: you can do it.
• ◐ Partly: you can do part of it, or only sometimes. The note says which.
• ✕ Can’t: you can’t. The box says who does it instead.

There are two kinds of student, depending on your course’s format. See Interactive or masterclass?.

“Viewing as”

Use the Viewing as menu at the top to say who you are. The guide then highlights your row in every “Who can do this” box, warns you on pages you can’t do, and counts the how-tos that apply to you.

Signed in with DICHI? Choose Me and the guide uses your own courses. Your choice is remembered in this browser only.

Search

Signed-in readers can search every how-to: click How do I… at the top, or press / or ⌘K (Ctrl K on Windows). Tick Only what … can do to hide how-tos your role can’t do.
