Who can do this
- PartlyInteractive-course studentYou can see your orders, but not change or cancel them.
- Can'tMasterclass studentDICHI Learn has no store.
Who does it instead: To collect an item, cancel an order or fix one, ask your TA (organizer) or the DICHI operations team. They update the status.
- Click your DCoins balance at the top of DICHI LPMS .
- Open the Your Reward Items tab. You have not purchased any merchandise yet. means you have no orders.
- Click See Transaction Detail on an order to see its Collecting Status.
| Collecting Status | Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | DICHI has your order. |
| Delivery | Your item is on its way, or ready to collect. |
| Completed | You have it. |
Staff change the status as your order moves along. If it has sat at Pending for a long time, ask your TA (organizer) or the DICHI operations team.
There’s no cancel button. If you bought something by mistake, ask your TA (organizer) straight away.
