Buy from the merchandise store

Who can do this

• ✓ CanInteractive-course studentOnly items in stock, and only while your place in the course is active.
• ✕ Can'tMasterclass studentDICHI Learn has no store.

Steps

1. In DICHI LPMS ↗, click your DCoins balance at the top. The store opens: What will you get from DCoin?
2. On the Reward Items tab, each item shows its price and how close you are to it. Items you can afford say Unlock; others say Locked.
3. Click an item, then click its price button under Unlock Now!.
4. You see Congratulations! 1 item purchased successfully and the Purchased Detail: the transaction ID, when you bought it, its Collecting Status and the price.

If it doesn’t work

The Purchase not completed window says why:

• Merchandise is out of stock: someone got the last one.
• Insufficient coins: you need more DCoins. See How you earn DCoins.
• Access denied: this enrollment is no longer active.: your place in the course is hidden or ended. Ask your TA (organizer).

Purchases can’t be cancelled

There’s no cancel or refund button. Check the item before you buy it.
