Who can do this

Who does it instead: Message your TA (organizer) or your trainer. They can mark you Excused, Present or Tardy. The DICHI operations team can too.

Students can’t change their attendance, and there’s no leave request for students. Staff do it for you.

Your attendance is wrong

1. Note the course or class, the session date and what your attendance should be.
2. Message your TA (organizer) or your trainer with those details.
3. Once they’ve changed it, the session shows your new attendance. Your merit points and DCoins follow it automatically.

You’ll miss a class

Tell your TA (organizer) before the session if you can, and say why. They can mark you Excused instead of Absent.
